School is back in session! Rachel is in the 5th grade this year - this is her last year in elementary school and the last time both kids will be at the same school until they are in 9th and 12th grades... which I don't even want to think about! Her teacher from last year "looped up" with her class so she has the same teacher again this year. She's happy about that.

We didn't request anyone for Jackson this year but he lucked out and got one of the best 2nd grade teachers available. Her name is Mrs. Boll. Here he is with her at the Meet and Greet.
And of course we had to go see Mrs. Reynolds. Rachel's almost as tall as her now.
And yesterday was the first day of school. You can tell he's thrilled, right?
Rachel has been ready to go back for weeks now.
She's excited to be in 5th grade and "rule the school"!
