Snow...and lots of it!!

What we thought was going to be a light dusting of snow last Friday turned into 8-9 inches for us!  This NEVER happens for us so it was exciting.   And beautiful!!  We were without power from 6:30 am Saturday until about 10:30 that night... Thank goodness it wasn't any longer.  

The kids were out of school on Monday... Rachel spent the day with a friend and Michael took Jackson rock climbing - which he LOVES to do.  Michael took the belay class so he's able to do that with Jackson and Jackson doesn't have to stay in the smaller auto-belay section.  He got to climb the entire place!  Michael said he climbed for almost 3 hours straight.  The tall walls are 60 feet high and he did those a couple of times. 

Pre-Christmas

We went to Six Flags the day before Thanksgiving and enjoyed seeing all the lights again there.  Rachel had her best friend, Haley, come with us too...so they really enjoyed that!

Our new ornaments for the year.  Rachel got a Converse shoe, Jackson got Tom & Jerry, Michael got a UGA football, and I got the Operation game man (b/c of my surgery earlier this year!).

We enjoyed the Woodstock Christmas Parade a couple of weeks ago.

And the kids went to see Santa at Chickfila last week.

UGA Game

We got the chance to go to a home game at UGA last month so Michael, Rachel and I went.  This was Rachel's first UGA game and first time in Athens.  It was a long day, but we had a good time!
