First Birthday

Jackson's first birthday is tomorrow... We had his second 1st birthday party today. :) Here are quite a few pictures to tell the story.

Let's Party!

About to dig into his personal little cake. He didn't hesitate!

Singing happy birthday to him...we have to hold his hands so he doesn't pull the tablecloth off.

Digging in!

Jackson loves his Tigger so we thought he should have a Tigger party. I already had a Tigger cake pan so I took on the challenge of making his cake. It's not perfect but it did turn out pretty cute.

(Don't know why the little cakes picture rotated itself...)

A fun time was had by all! Thanks to everyone for helping us celebrate his first! And a special thank you to Constance for taking ALL of the pictures!

Michael's Birthday

Michael's birthday was last week and we took him out to dinner at a Japanese Steak House.

Jackson liked watching the chef do his "act" but didn't care for the fire at all...

Pretty little girl on the way over...

Family Time

Enjoying some time with family this weekend. I did my best to take some pictures but still didn't get them of everyone!
Jackson eating grass...

Rachel frantically trying to get him to stop eating the grass...

(Okay so these pictures do not load in the order I want them to - sorry...)

This was before he was too hot and tired...

Hope everyone had a Happy 4th of July!

Early Birthday Action

Part of our trip up was having a little/early birthday party for Jackson - he turns one in a few weeks! He was getting tired and was already hot, so there aren't a lot of smiles here...but he did enjoy his first cupcake! He didn't hesitate one bit to stick his hand in the icing and put it in his mouth - that's what he does with everything though!

Rachel had to help...of course. Jackson was content with the paper.

Water Slide Fun

We just got home from a nice visit with family in NC. One of the highlights of the weekend for Rachel was the water slide. I can't count how many times she went out there to play on it.

Jackson enjoyed it too!
