Here are a few pictures from the pumpkin patch at the nearby church.
On Halloween, Rachel dressed as a gym teacher for school (complete with whistle and clip board)...it wasn't for Halloween, but it was dress as a community helper day for Red Ribbon Week. Jackson was able to dress in a Halloween costume because his school has a costume parade in the morning. He couldn't decide between being Spiderman and Bob the Builder this year, so we went with Bob in the morning and Spiderman for trick-or-treating. Here they are before school.
I always enjoy seeing the little ones dressed up...here are a few I got of Jackson and some of his friends when I dropped him at school.
And here they are ready to go trick-or-treating last night. Rachel was a witch and I'm not a make-up artist (I soon realized)...Jackson was Spiderman.
We always go see Sherry first!
It's November now! I know the kids enjoy Halloween, but I'm glad it's over. Ready for November and December.
Small update on Jackson...he got strep again for the 4th time a few weeks ago. We saw the ENT a few days later and she changed his then medicine and put him on two more for ten more days. That ended yesterday - so now we wait and see how it goes. We go back for a follow-up in a couple of weeks - if by chance he gets it again before we go back, we are to automatically contact the surgery scheduler to have his tonsils out. I'm praying it doesn't come to that.
